End of support for StrataDial®.VC2TM on Microsoft Windows 2000
November 25, 2008 will bring a close to support for StrataDial®.VC2TM (Standard and Enterprise Edition) running on Microsoft Windows 2000 workstations or servers. Stratasoft will also end technical support for any StrataDial® product running on this platform including any service packs, enhancements or customization.
Stratasoft is retiring support for this platform because it is outdated and may cause security risks. We recommend that all customers who are still running StrataDial® on Windows 2000 upgrade to a more secure and stable platform such as Microsoft Windows 2003 Server or Microsoft Windows XP as soon as possible.
Existing support documents and content, however, will continue to be available through the Stratasoft Updates website.
Stratasoft will offer technical support for migrating StrataDial® to Microsoft Windows 2003 Server or Microsoft Windows XP to qualified customers only under a Custom Support Agreement.
