StrataVoice® 5.0 is Stratasoft’s standalone
automatic dialer that enables business to broadcast
phone messages without the use of call center
agents. Unlike the vast majority of automated
dialers available on the market today, StrataVoice®
comes with a robust offering of advanced functionality
to enable business’ to achieve maximum efficiency
with notifications, reminders and qualified lead
generation.
The advanced features within the StrataVoice®
auto dialer allow companies to design highly customized
campaigns within any ODBC-compliant database or
CRM application providing maximum flexibility
and efficiency. StrataVoice® does not require
users to “adapt” to new ways of storing,
compiling, and retrieving data and call results.
Working within a familiar database or CRM application
are keys to continued efficiency and productivity.
The StrataVoice® automatic dialer is entirely
built on Microsoft® based software standards
and is coupled with industry leading Intel®
Dialogic® hardware call progress detection
boards that provide the fastest and most accurate
call detection in the industry. Adding to StrataVoice’s®
call detection efficiency is Stratasoft’s advanced
call processing algorithm which speeds both in-progress
call detection as well as post-call processing
duties.
The following is a brief list of some of the key
features that you’ll only find available within
the StrataVoice® automatic dialer.
StrataVoice® affords its users the ability
to create multiple messages for outbound message
broadcasting. When a voice mail box is detected,
message 1 can be left for instance. When a live
contact receives the call, message 2 can be played
prompting the called party to press a digit on
their phone to revert back to your IVR or to a
live inbound contact center agent if one is available.
StrataVoice® contains an extremely flexible
and customizable IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
which enables called parties to respond to questions,
qualifications, account details etc. through the
IVR script logic. Users create simple IVR script
logic trees that direct respondents through a
series of questions. For instance: “Press
1 to receive your account balance...enter your
5-digit account number followed by the pound sign..”
at which time, StrataVoice’s TTS (Text-To-Speech)
engine can be used to lookup the account balance
and play it back to your customer.
StrataVoice® delivers world-class Text-To-Speech
(TTS) capabilities to the already feature rich
IVR and notification system, highlighted by a
sleek new design, which is more user-friendly
and intuitive than its predecessor. The added
TTS capabilities are compliant with the Microsoft®
Speech API (“SAPI”), which is supported
by a dozen third-party TTS providers, such as
ScanSoft®. Customers can easily and quickly
design IVR scripts that can perform external lookups
into any ODBC compatible data source to retrieve
and play back caller-specific information.
The StrataVoice® auto dialing engine delivers
several new features such as Multi-Campaign Inbound
over an unlimited number of DNIS (800 numbers),
while capturing the called parties phone number.
Customers can design a series of inbound IVR campaigns
and tree-logic branches versus the rigid single
campaign inflexibility of most competitive offerings
on the market.
A single StrataVoice® automatic dialer telephony
chassis auto dialer can scale between 4 and 672
(DS3) phone lines in any telephony protocol --
T-1, ISDN, E-1 or analog. In addition to its unrivaled
scalability, StrataVoice® offers complete
database independence allowing customers to operate
on their choice of any ODBC-compliant database.
New application hooks have been added to post-call
processing activities further enhancing StrataVoice’s
auto dialing flexibility. Customers can now create
automated post-call activities like printing orders,
updating external databases and even sending data
to external applications like a shipping terminal
for label printing, all based on a caller response
code or action.

interested parties responses to determine whether
they would be a good customer. Using the IVR capabilities
of StrataVoice®, when a called party responds
to your message, they can be taken through a series
