The core of our award winning StrataDial®.VC2™
virtual call center software is our predictive
dialing engine which is built on a robust and
mature pacing algorithm that guarantees highly
accurate call progress detection and ensures rapid
screen-pops and lightning fast voice connects
to your call center agents.
StrataDial®.VC2™ predictive dialers
efficiently and accurately screen out answering
machines, busy signals, operator intercepts, fax
lines etc. and passes through only live connects
to agents. This allows for maximum call center
efficiency and can improve overall contact rates
by as much as 300% over manual dialing.
Unlike the typical “power dialer”,
StrataDial®.VC2™ predictive dialers
automatically allocate the line to agent ratio
to meet your desired “pacing goal”. Once your desired
settings are in place, the StrataDial®.VC2™
predictive dialer evaluates your pacing goal regularly
and makes the necessary line to agent allocations
so that you’re always assured of meeting your
goals. There’s no need to ever adjust your line
allocations regardless of how many agents are
on your contact center floor.
The StrataDial®.VC2™ Predictive Dialer

regulations as outlined by both the FTC and FCC

Predictive Dialer Features & Benefits
There are numerous features and benefits within
StrataDial®.VC2™. What follows is a
brief list of some of the key advantages that
set our predictive dialing engine apart:
In addition to predictive dialing, StrataDial®.VC2™
also comes with both preview and progressive dialing
modes. The progressive dialer enables an agent to
view a record for a preconfigured amount of time
before the dialer launches the call. This enables
the agent to view the record about to be
called. Typically, progressive dialing campaigns are
most effective in Business to Business (B2B) campaigns
where you are certain virtually every call will
be answered by a live person or an auto attendant.
Progressive dialing gives the agent a chance to see
who they are calling next and how to navigate
an auto-attendant IVR but still enables far more
efficient dialing than typical “manual dialing”
by keeping your agents busy and not allowing them
to waste time reviewing records.
Preview Dialing is similar to progressive dialing
although the control is placed entirely in the
agents hands. After a call is submitted, a new
record is immediately presented to the agent.
The agent can choose to place a call to the current
record when they are ready, or reject the call
to receive the next lead.
StrataDial®.VC2™ users can choose to
utilize custom built data fields, menu's, list
boxes, memo's etc. in conjunction with html based
scripting in the same agent interface or choose
to use each format individually on a per campaign
basis.
Additionally, our script building utility includes
many advanced features like automated triggers,
data validation, real-time write or read fields
to outside databases, quota control and more.
These features are tremendously beneficial to

customizability and ability to link to outside
databases are unique features in the contact center

flexible predictive dialer.
Dynacall™ is the advanced dynamic list builder
packaged within StrataDial®.VC2™. Dynacall™
is an extremely valuable tool enabling call center
managers to import, filter and query against custom
fields to generate precise, laser-targeted call
lists. The dynamic capabilities of Dynacall™
allow new lists to constantly be created and run
based on the filtering criteria enabling managers
to set Dynacall™ on "Auto-Pilot" and focus
their efforts on the more productive and revenue
generating facets of maintaining your call center.
