Strata University

Stratasoft University gives your staff the expertise to effectively support your Stratasoft solutions.

Our program is divided into two sections: client training and reseller training.

Client Training

Since each call center is unique, so is our training for each client. Our university staff tailors the modules and curriculum to fit your hardware and software package—from installation to advanced features.

Your staff will have a hands-on experience. They will learn how to design actual interfaces, dialing strategies, call-handling scenarios that they can take back to your company. And when you add employees, we can repeat the course so that they benefit from the same training your original staff received.

All of the following courses are included as part of the Stratasoft support package except for the Stratasoft Certified Advanced Administrator course, for which there is an additional charge. Your only cost is your employees' transportation, lodging and meals. Each course is held in our classroom in Houston, Texas, with the software training done in 3 to 5 days, depending on your request.

Reseller Training

To become a reseller of Stratasoft, your sales and technical staff must become Stratasoft certified. We offer both sales certification and technical certification.
