StrataVoice is a standalone automatic dialer, designed for organizations contacting a large volume of people in a short time span.

StrataVoice is comprised of both hardware and software components. These components work together with your telephone system and high-speed internet to provide a flexible and easily managed campaigns for automated sales and voice broadcast.

The software component is StrataVoice application that allows you to design your automated marketing campaigns and IVR scripts. The hardware component is Stratasoft Dialer. It is preconfigured to connect to either analog or T1 lines for inbound and outbound campaigns.

StrataVoice enables your business to automatically broadcast messages without the use of call center agents. It uses powerful IVR engine, text-to-speech capability, and database look up functionality to broadcast information or deliver on-demand services. StraraVoice is not just an automated dialing tool; it can be used to create and run self service IVRs or automate campaigns, surveys, feedback collections, order fulfillment, notifications, reminder calls, appointment management and information dissemination.

StarataVoice can be used to automate pre-sales and post-call processing activities including: printing orders, updating databases, and sending data to external applications/CRM etc.
